In our spacious 140 m² holiday apartment, you can expect a living experience that beautifully combines comfort and coziness. With three bedrooms, the apartment offers space for up to 6 people, making it ideal for families, friends, or small travel groups.

The large living and dining area invites you to enjoy social hours, shared meals, and relaxed evenings—it is easy to feel right at home here. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, coffee machine, and microwave, ensures a hassle-free stay and provides everything you need for self-catering.

The apartment also features a bathroom, a washing machine, and a large, airy hallway that emphasizes the open and pleasant atmosphere. Your stay will be a relaxing getaway in an environment designed for your well-being.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and straightforward as possible, we would like to provide you with some important information in advance.

Our holiday apartment accommodates up to 6 people. Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the property. Payment is currently possible by invoice or on-site. For stays of less than 3 nights, an additional one-time cleaning fee of €25 applies. Arriving without a car is also very convenient, as the village bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, with further connections available nearby.

Convenient Local Accessibility

The holiday apartment is also well-positioned in terms of mobility.

The village bus stop is reachable in just about a 4-minute walk, providing regular connections to Minden or Lübbecke. Additional connections are available from the local comprehensive school (Gesamtschule), which is only about a 6-minute walk away.

For those who prefer more flexibility, surrounding towns and excursion destinations can be reached comfortably by car or bicycle. To ensure a relaxed arrival, two parking spaces are available directly at the holiday apartment.

Neighborhood

The holiday apartment is located in an open setting along a country road, offering a pleasantly quiet environment with very few direct neighbors. To the right is a neighboring house, while to the left and across much of the surrounding area, the view stretches out over vast fields.

With no direct buildings on one side and houses set further away on the other, the property enjoys an atmosphere of space, tranquility, and rural openness. This makes your stay particularly pleasant and provides plenty of room to switch off and relax.
